The Adolescent Partial Hospialization Program is for adolescents ranging in age from 12 to 17 who are experiencing depression, post trauma disorders, anxiety disorders, suicidal thoughts and/or attempts, substance abuse or other emotional problems.
At the Trillium Center, our goal is to improve the quality of life for adolescents who experience behavior and emotional problems. This is accomplished by implementing an individualized treatment plan within a structured environment to develop and practice coping skills.
An interdisciplinary treatment team approach is utilized in caring for patients and families. The team includes a psychiatrist, licensed clinical social worker, certified social worker, registered nurse and mental health technician. A certified teacher also provides instruction each day. Services may also include individual, group and family therapy.
Referrals are accepted from local mental health facilities, extended care facilities, inpatient psychiatric units, social services, school systems, and physician's offices. If you are interested in accessing this program, please call 606-528-1212 extension 1720 or 2805.
