• Alcoholics Anonymous provides support for those who want to stop drinking or those who have been successful in their efforts to stop drinking.  Meetings are held every day at 12 noon and again at 8:00 p.m. at the Old Corbin Recreation Center located at 509 Barbourville Street, Corbin, KY. • Alzheimer's Support Groupis a group designed to provide support for families coping with Alzheimer's. Meetings held every fourth Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Laurel Heights Nursing Home. For additional information, please call (606) 878-3289

• Breast-feeding Support  is available through the Lactation Consultant at Baptist Regional Medical Center. Call (606) 523-8734.
• Cancer Hotline sponsored by the National Cancer Institute, the Cancer Hotline provides free information and support for cancer patients and their families. Call (800) 4-CANCER or (800) 422-6237.
• Cancer Survivor Support Group provides support for cancer patients and those concerned with helping in coping with diagnosis. Meets first Tuesday of every month at London Baptist Church. For additonal information, please call Harold Mauney at (606) 549-5477.
• Caregivers Support Group provides emotional support and education for families coping with caring for loved ones. Meetings held every third Tuesday each month at 6:30 p.m. at Baptist Regional Medical Center. For additional information, please contact Kelly Hooker at (606) 528-1212, extension 1060
• Community CPR Class offered by the Education Department at Baptist Regional Medical Center to teach members of the community life saving CPR skills. To register, call Baptist Family Fitness at (606) 526-0007. Cost is $30 for members and $40 for non-members.
• Early Prenatal Class  held at the Associates for Women's Health office waiting area on Tuesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Call (606) 523-8734 for next available dates.  
• HIV Support Group offers emotional support, educaton and new information. Meetings are held at Cumberland Valley District Health Department. For additonal information, please contact Pat Wagoner at (606) 864-4764, extension 121.
• Mended Hearts is a group interested in helping those who have had or are living with heart disease, whether after heart surgery or other events related to heart disease. Held the third Monday of every month at Marymount Medical Center at 7:00 p.m. Call (606) 877-3839 or (606) 877-3760.

• RTEC Public Transport  If you have an appointment for health purposes and need transportation, call RTEC 24 hours in advance at 1-800-321-7832. Please note that there is a fee for this service which may or may not be covered by your insurance plan.

• Tri-County Family Support Group offers support for families with children, up to age 8, who have disabilities. The group meets at Christian Appalachian Project on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. CAP is located at 201 Industrial Blvd. in Corbin, KY.
