Everyone knows about the loss of productivity due to physical injury, but the mental health of employees can be just as important. The Trillium Center at Baptist Regional Medical Center has developed an effective, affordable and efficient Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that can help improve worker productivity.  Our therapist are experienced in helping employees and their families deal with a variety of issues.  We offer:

• Confidential evaluation and short-term counseling for a wide array of problems, including alchohol/drugs; family/parenting issues; depression; marital or relationship problems; stress; and uncontrollable anger;
• DOT Evaluations; and
• Referrals for problems needing longer-term assistance
