An Extension to Emergency Room Treatment
In direct response to our customers´ complaints, regarding long wait times in the emergency room, Health Express was opened after hours in the outpatient clinic located on the ground floor of the Medical Office Building.  Health Express is an extension to emergency room treatment for minor injuries and illnesses. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to midnight and Saturday through Sunday from noon to midnight with a physician on duty. Emergency room co-pays and charges still apply.

Frequent diagnosis that would be seen in the Health Express are:

• Ear aches
• Coughs/colds
• Flu symptoms
• Sore throat
• Kidney infection
• Muscular injuries/strains
• Skin rashes or infections
• Minor illnesses or injuries

More serious conditions should report to the main emergency room.
Signs will be posted directing patients to Health Express.
