Simply sit in the LC500 or new health station, place your arm in the cuff, place your feet on the floor and relax. In a matter of seconds you will know your blood pressure, weight, body mass index, body fat and blood oxygen level.

If you are interested in maintaining a log of your health, this equipment is the beginning. Additional features on the LC500 health station are a glucose meter and a pedometer/activity meter. All of the records can be downloaded and checked at lifeclinic.com. Each person is capable of creating an account to save their biometric readings for their personal health records from the LC500 health station. To enhance customer friendliness, it is bilingual (English/Spanish).
