Baptist Regional Medical Center’s

14th Annual Baptist Golf Classic

 

Baptist Regional Medical Center will be hosting the 14th annual Baptist Golf Classic on Monday, October 5, 2009.  This annual event held at Wasioto Winds in Pineville, KY raises money for projects that will benefit our patients and their families.

 

Last year, approximately $20,000 was raised for improving signage on campus, according to Debbie Hardin, tournament coordinator.  This year we hope to continue with that project by improving signage inside the facility.

 

As part of the tournament, last year’s golfers received a NIKE jacket, breakfast and lunch, golf balls and tees.  This year’s golfers can expect to receive similar complimentary items.  There will also be several door prizes awarded, according to Hardin.

 

Team winners can expect to receive high quality awards.  Last year the tournament winners received an engraved crystal trophy and gift certificates from the Pro Shop.  Tournament play consists of teams of four players using a best ball scramble format.  If you would like to join in the fun or if you would like to become a corporate sponsor for this event, call Debbie Hardin at 606-682-3725 or click here for an application.
