Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment
The Chemical Dependency programs at Baptist Health Corbin's Trillium Center are designed to help adults maintain sobriety while maintaining a true sense of dignity.
We recognize that addiction to alcohol and/or drugs is a disease that affects not only our patients, but their families as well. Our Adult and Adolescent Chemical Dependency Programs include assessment followed by intensive therapy that is personalized to meet the specific needs of each individual.
People who will benefit most from our programs are those with a commitment to working toward abstinence from mood-altering substances and making healthy choices in their lives.
The admissions process begins with a call to the Trillium Center at 1-800-395-4435 or (606) 523-5900. This call allows program staff to assess the patient and identify immediate needs for treatment. Once a patient is admitted to the program, he/she receives assessments from a variety of disciplines. An individualized treatment plan is developed to address specific needs. The multidisciplinary team of professionals treating each patient includes a psychiatrist and master level therapist.
