Cumberland Healthcare Incorporated

Cumberland Healthcare Incorporated (CHI) has worked with Baptist Health Corbin to provide employees with incentives to use in-house Pharmacy.  Co-pays are lower when using the in-house pharmacy on Generics as well as Preferred Brands.  CHI members will have their co-pays waived on select medications.  Call the pharmacy for additional information.  Mail order customers switching to the Baptist Health Corbin Pharmacy will save money too.  A 90 day supply of most medicines will be available for two co-pays instead of three.  A 48-hour notice is recommended for ordering these medications.

Co-pay counseling is also available.  Our pharmacy staff will review your medications and discuss options to reduce your monthly costs.  Drop by the Apothecary to pick up an Information Form to complete for you and your family.  We will enter your information into our computer system.  A copy of your benefit card will also speed up your prescriptions.

Your privacy is important to us.  We have added a separate computer system to access only Apothecary patients.  Inpatient information is not accessible through this system.

Refills can be called into the pharmacy through an automated phone system.  An electronic signature pad will be used for prescription pick-up.
