National Senior Health and Fitness Day
National Senior Health and Fitness Day is an annual event held the last Wednesday in May. It is a free program filled with fun, food and information to make healthy living a lifestyle. As an official site for NSHFD, older adults “get moving” with demonstrations, group workouts, lectures, screenings, and other healthy activities. A day for older adults to make or renew a commitment to healthy activity and smart health choices.
