Mission Statement 2009

BRMC's mission is to provide quality health services to our customers using Christian values as a guide.

It was important then, and continues to be important today, to remember that we will only be able to realize this mission when everyone involved in the delivery of services at BRMC commits themselves and their work to this philosophy. To accomplish this, the mission must become a part of the personal philosophy of each individual at BRMC.

Vision Statement 2009

BRMC will be recognized as a customer-focused healthcare team, committed to the quality of life in our region and
the healing of the body, mind and spirit.

This vision statement reflects our beliefs and best estimation of what we must be about in the next several years to remain successful as the preeminent healthcare provider in Southeastern Kentucky and in the broader context of the state and region. As usual, we will continually monitor this vision statement against our environment to assure we are headed in the appropriate direction.

BRMC Values Statement

Baptist Regional Medical Center will live out its Christ centered mission and achieve its vision guided by: Integrity, Respect, Stewardship, Excellence and Collaboration.

In addition, BRMC embraces a set of values that provide a foundation for how we go about achieving our mission and vision. These values are handed down to us from our parent organization and are embraced by BRMC as the way in which we go about our daily duties and activities. These values are the backbone, or character of the organization and we strive to reflect these values in all of our activities.
